Finance and controlling division is responsible for the financial guidelines related to third-party funds in the fields of payments, audit and accounting. It provides project managers and the executive board with adequate financial information within a monthly reporting system and current financial statements. Cash flow management of the institute is implemented to achieve greater transparency in financial issues.
