Function

The service division "Public Relations and Editorial Office" is responsible for RWI’s public-relations and press work, as well as the Institute’s website, publications and graphic design.

Public-relations work focuses on organizing events, designing information material and presenting the Institute at research conferences. Press work deals with tasks such as issuing press releases, organizing press calls and conferences, updating press-distribution lists and processing media requests. Furthermore, department members update the RWI’s website and cater to all types of graphic requirements, ranging from standard graphics for publications to posters, billcards and photographic works. The division oversees both the scientific and editorial content of the publications and distributes them. Smaller print runs are directly produced at RWI.

Media and public-relations work in the German capital is organized by the Berlin Office of RWI.
