Dr. Daniel Baumgarten

Researcher

Daniel Baumgarten has been working as a researcher in the “Labor Markets, Education, Population” research division of RWI since 2009. He studied International Economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University College Cork in Ireland. Afterwards, he did his PhD studies at the Ruhr Graduate School in Economics and graduated with the title Dr. rer. oec. from the Ruhr University of Bochum in 2011. In his thesis, he focused on the labor market effects of globalization.
