Summary

The project addresses the question of how the aggregated employment affects caused by measures of the German Corporation for International Cooperation can be assessed empirically and whether such an assessment is feasible. In order to do so, a portfolio analysis of the measures relevant to employment effects is carried out, all relevant data sources are identified and assembled, and methodological considerations for the ex-ante estimation of employment effects are made.
