The aim of the project is to support the GIZ in its analysis of the employment effects of development cooperation projects in three selected countries (Jordan, Rwanda, Serbia). In doing so, the project continues and supplements the following research activities relevant for German development cooperation: Analyze and quantify the effectiveness of approaches and instruments; identify challenges to the evaluation of effectiveness and ex-ante forecasts; identify and (further) develop methods to meet these challenges in an optimal way; disseminate and test the practical applicability of key indicators.
