Based on the Social-Ecological Panel (SÖP), which was established in the BMBF-funded project Eval-MAP, this research project pursues two goals: First, several adaptation and emission mitigation measures are investigated in terms of their acceptance and impact on private households. Second, the associated social impacts are analyzed. The research project will extend the publicly accessible household panel data set (fdz.rwi-essen.de/mikrodaten.html) established in the earlier project Eval-MAP by two additional survey waves in order to improve the basis for an evidence-based evaluation of climate policy instruments and measures for adaptation to climate change.
