Prof. Dr. Jochen Kluve

Head of Berlin Office

Jochen Kluve is Professor of Empirical Labor Economics at the School of Business and Economics, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Head of the Berlin Office of RWI. He studied economics in Heidelberg, Dublin and Amsterdam and completed his PhD at the University of Heidelberg (Dr. rer. pol. 2002). From 2001 until 2003 Jochen was a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Labor Economics, UC Berkeley. He has been working as a researcher for RWI since 2003. He is also a research fellow of IZA, Bonn.

His research has been published in The Economic Journal, Economic Policy, Journal of Applied Econometrics, and Labour Economics, among others.
