The data sets at the Data Archive are relatively old and not updated any longer. However, usage is still possible Further information can be found through the respective DOI. Please contact us for any resulting questions: .

Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) and Citation

A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a permanent and unique identifier for objects such as articles or data records. Unlike Internet addresses (URLs), which can change, it is permanent and not affected by such changes.

The data set used is of great importance for the replicability of research results. For this reason, the data used should be clearly identified and cited in every scientific analysis. The FDZ Ruhr offers the necessary prerequisites for this by awarding DOIs. These are already used for publications as well as data sets.

The FDZ Ruhr assigns DOIs via da|ra with the prefix 10.7807 in each registered DOI. Please quote the datasets in your scientific publications according to the metainformation of the respective DOI.
